Her role includes project management, client and attendee interaction, registration management, event supervision and onsite management. She is proficient in project administration, budget management and reconciliation, tracking of timelines and scheduling, project documentation, registration procedures and management, supervision of design & creation of event materials & signage and directing merges & mailings.
Her event expertise includes overseeing and managing multiple corporation and non-profit events and programs including conferences, internal company meetings, client-facing meetings, tradeshows, corporate incentive programs and non-profit fundraising events including galas and live & silent auctions.
Her 27 years of experiences as a non-profit professional provides her with a successful record of management, execution and leadership. Tessie's career started with the Rotary Club of San Francisco in 1981 as a bookkeeper. Growing with the Club as Office Administrator and then leading the Club as their Executive Vice President, she provided the underlying foundation and continuity for the Club year after year as its officers and membership changed. Tessie attended City College of San Francisco and Heald Business College.
